House Rules

Staying at the Penthouse 402 means plenty of freedom and privacy for you and your group. While there are some house rules you must follow, they are minimal and should not disrupt your visit. Note that the condo is not suitable for animals, so please do not bring along your pet on vacation. Check in time is any time after 3 PM and check out time is any time before 11 AM. There is a 1 night minimum stay and a strict cancellation fee if you decide to cancel your trip. If you cancel up to 7 days before check in, you will receive 50 percent of your refund back minus any service fees. If you cancel within 7 days of your trip, the reservation is non-refundable.
