You understand the importance of enjoying and maximizing your vacation or business trip starting with an Airport Meet and Greet. From the start of your arrival at Medellin or Cartagena Airports, you will be greeted with a welcome sign bearing your name. There is no safer or convenient way to enter or leave Colombia as you arrive assistance is there awaiting your to assist with any questions you may have regarding money exchange, lost luggage, or any other airport issues.
The individuals that assist during the Meet and Greet are professional and Bi-lingual capable of assisting you with nearly any activity or service. Upon your departure from Customs, the Host or Hostess will meet you at the departing doors welcoming you to Latin America and its surroundings. The Driver will gather your bags and you can rest easy in your private vehicle catered to your linking or simply furnished with the standard complimentary water and WIFI.
All our Airport Meet and Greet services include a well service and covid cleaned SUV or group of up to 5 persons and we make use of Sprinter buses for larger parties. Currently, no exotic vehicles are available for rent in Medellin or Cartagena.
Cartagena CTG (Rafael Nunez International Airport) consists of 2 main terminals (connected to each other) for Nation and International arrivals. When departing from CTG you will enter the generic entrance and then after check-in, you will proceed to the Internal terminal for departure. The airport is set up with each terminal on opposite ends with the center consisting of check-in tellers and restaurants so moving around shouldn’t be a problem.
Leaving the airport and arriving at your destination in the walled city, Boca Grande or Boquilla will take between 10-15min on average. Depending on the time of your arrival you may be able to catch a few yachts departing for the islands or looking to enjoy a day in the sun make sure to ask your host or hostess for ideas on what to do!
Setting up an airport meet and greet should be done at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Payment is made online, and you will receive a confirmation and the Host will contact you within 24hours after completing the reservation request form.
