House Rules

There are very few house rules at the Palace. Those that are enforced are important for your benefit and the benefit of the owners. Check in time is any time after 2 PM, and check out time is any time before 11 AM. The hotel has a strict cancellation policy that you must follow. If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before your check in date, you will be refunded 50 percent of your money minus any service fees. However, if you cancel your trip within 7 days of the check in date, your money will not be refunded. There is also a two night minimum stay.
