Payment Terms
A non-refundable payment deposit of $3,500 is required to secure your rate and reservation. The Remaining Balance of $7,500 is to be paid out in 2 separate payments. On August 1st a $1,500 Bank transfer is due and upon arrival to the property a total amount of 17’264.00o paid only in pesos (this is based on today’s rate and will not change).

By making this payment I am agreeing that I have read and understand the code of conduct rules listed below. CODE OF CONDUCT, I understand the following are grounds for dismissal penalization…

  1. Registration: It is Colombian Law to register all guests staying at the property with SIRE (Immigration). This only requires the property manager or staff on duty to make a photocopy of your passport for filing and then return to you.
  2. Fighting: No fighting is allowed on premises either between your friends or invited guests
    1. Please note ‘Prostitution’ is Legal in Colombia if you fight with an invited guest and the police arrive you personally or the group can/may be asked to leave the premises, Just don’t fight man!
  3. Prostitution is legal in Colombia and is allowed but the she must be over 18 year of age or you will personally face imprisonment regardless if she lied to you. Clients of the property are required to check in ALL GUESTS by making copies of passports. If you personally feel someone maybe underage then they probably are and do NOT take the risk as we will not assist you if any complications arise as as result.
  4. Recreational Activities are not to be done in Public (Sala, Living Room, etc) please keep these activities in your room in private.
    1. Be Very Careful of the risks you are undertaking when inviting people to the property whom you do not know as you will be responsible for them and their behavior.
  5. Sound: You are required to follow the direction of the Security Guard on staff . If you are playing Music too loudly we reserve the right to turn it down or off. If a conflict arises as it pertains to Noise and the cops show up (and you have been warned prior) you will be required to pay any house fines incurred.
  6. All Staff reserve the right to question/dismiss any guests attending/staying at the property if they believe the individual is not acting in the best interest of the property (Damaging Property, Peeing/Vomiting in the pool, etc). This requires management approval
  7. Fines can will be assessed for vomiting (if not in the toilet), defalcation, spitting, abusive behavior/language, peeing in public places, loosing house/safe keys, etc.v
