CHECK IN/OUT PROCEDURES
Overnight visitors are allowed. In general, registering overnight guests for a 4 day, 3 night vacation only adds about $15-$25 to your entire vacation. If you plan to have overnight visitors, please read this section: VISITORS – All guests & visitors must have a government issued photo ID. The building will deny guests without it. – Before 10pm, visitors will receive a paper wristband that gives them access to the apartment (but not the pool). You can sign in visitors before 10pm with the guard or the front desk. – After 10pm, the building requires all visitors to be registered as an official guest of the apartment by the owner of the apartment or by the owner’s authorized employee. The cost to do a single late night check-in is 50,000 COP (~16 USD). Guests usually arrive together as a group, so the cost is split between everyone. If the group separates, and guests arrive at separate times, each check-in will be 50,000 COP (for example: a check-in at 11pm and a check-in at 1am will be considered 2 separate check-ins, and each one will cost 50,000 COP). – The late night check-in service is administered by myself or an authorized employee and is available until 4am. REGISTRATION FORMS The building requires each group to complete an initial registration form. This apartment is registered with the building to host 15 visitors. After 15 guests have been registered, you will need to purchase a new registration form for 50,000 COP in order to register new guests. This cost is separate from the late night check-in service. CONCIERGE GUIDE Depending on demand and availability, we have a concierge guide available for hire. The guide speaks English/Spanish, and will be authorized to do late night check-ins as well.
